"Migration Museum in Georgia" is a space for exhibitions, events and workshops. We represent Migrant Stories.
The goal of creating a migration museum is to create a unified cultural space, which will allow all persons and entities interested in the topic to share and receive information about the history of migration in Georgia and the current situation in the field of migration.
The space will be equally accessible and interesting for researchers in the field of migration, young people, migration groups, educational and cultural institutions and tourists.
The project envisages the creation of a common space, which will give an opportunity to all those interested in the topic of migration:
- to visit exhibitions;
- attend seminars, discussions;
- pay attention to the activities carried out by migration researchers;
To participate in thematic competitions and discussions.
The project "Migrant Stories" presents interviews about migrants from Georgia. Each migrant's history is different and describes the reasons for migrating and the experience of living in a foreign country.

Due to the difficult economic situation, many people emigrated abroad. The emigration of women increased to European countries, who have left their family members in Georgia.
Mostly minor children are at risk. Most of them grow up without a parent (mother or father), which has a very serious impact on their perfect development, psycho-emotional state.
Within the framework of the project, we will conduct trainings, consultations with minor children whose family members are abroad. We will provide appropriate assistance according to their needs.
